Terms of Service

By accessing or using CloudKids Academy ("cloudkids.academy"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, parents, guardians, and learners who access or use CloudKids Academy. CloudKids Academy is operated by a company registered in Morocco.

CloudKids Academy is designed for children aged 6–17. Children under 13 may only use the platform under the account of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account for a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you consent to their use of the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account, manage subscriptions, or make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

CloudKids Academy offers a free Explorer plan and paid plans (Builder and Family) billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Only parent or guardian accounts may subscribe to paid plans. Child accounts inherit access from their linked parent account. Subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations, is available through your account dashboard at any time.

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers. Your continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Post, share, or transmit any content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, or inappropriate for children
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of CloudKids Academy content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these guidelines, without notice and at our sole discretion.

The CloudKids Academy community (posts, comments, and project showcases) is a safe space designed for young learners. All community content is subject to moderation. By posting in the community, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content on the platform.

Users who have been reported by others or who repeatedly violate community guidelines may have their posting privileges suspended or revoked. We aim to review reported content within 48 hours.

All course content, lesson materials, designs, graphics, logos, and software on CloudKids Academy are the exclusive property of CloudKids Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Projects and work created by learners using our tools remain the intellectual property of the learner (and their parent/guardian if under 18).

CloudKids Academy uses AI tools to power features such as automated content moderation and automated content moderation. AI-generated responses are provided for educational assistance only and may not always be accurate.

AI outputs should not be submitted as original student work for external academic assessments. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. Our AI systems are configured to maintain age-appropriate interactions and are regularly reviewed for safety.

CloudKids Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CloudKids Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account dashboard. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds upon cancellation.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CloudKids Academy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
